We manage a substantial portfolio of luxury residential real estate in central Budapest, Hungary. We have been renovating, renting and managing apartments in Budapest since 1998. Our company provide elegant, classical apartments restored to the highest modern standards with stylish, contemporary, furniture and fittings. These apartments are let to multinational corporate tenants or embassies. Our office - located in the financial heart of the 5th district - has 6 full time staff dedicated only to the company’s portfolio. We will also manage the apartment for the purchaser should they request this service.

Wherever possible we have tried to retain as many of our apartments original features as possible to maintain the feeling of space and the grandeur of these magnificent buildings. We have added modern design features such as Italian tiling in the bathrooms and replaced a number of the parquet floors with new polished wooden tiles.

All of our apartments have been completely technically overhauled which include the following:

• Heating and hot water - each of our apartments have a brand new heating system/boiler manufactured by the internationally respected Vaillant.
• Plumbing - we have installed new plumbing throughout the apartment with brand new bathroom and lavatory installations from Grohe and Roca.
• Electrical installations - each apartment has been completely re-wired to be compatible with modern electrical appliances and capacity has been increased to bear the load of today’s electrical usage.
• Modern branded kitchen appliances - all cookers, fridges and washing machines/dryers are totally new and predominantly manufactured by Miele.
• Broadband - all apartments have been wired for broadband use including the provision of data points.
• Cable TV is also available with Satellite TV and WiFi available on request.
• Security Systems - all our apartments come equipped with an alarm system (with monitoring if requested) and normally have three locks on the front doors.
   

BUILDINGS FOR SALE

In addition to our apartment portfolio, we also have 2 villas in the leafy District XII of the Buda Hills. A recently renovated, fully let, Venetian style, 4 apartment building, „The Diós Residence” and a building in Nógrádi utca which is the former West German Embassy and is now let as an office to a leading European real estate project management company until January 2012. We are in the process of building a 4 unit high-end, contemporary apartment building in Csipke utca also in the heart of the Buda hills.
